We accept most household and construction debris, including wood, drywall, roofing materials, furniture, and appliances (without Freon). Prohibited items include hazardous materials, tires, batteries, paint, and liquids. Please check with us if you're unsure about specific items.

If you're placing the dumpster on your private property (driveway, yard), you typically don't need a permit. However, if you need to place it on a public street or sidewalk, most cities require a permit. Our team can help guide you through the permit process in your specific location.

Consider both the volume and weight of your debris. For small cleanouts, a 10-yard dumpster is often sufficient. Medium remodeling projects typically need 20-30 yard dumpsters, while major construction or demolition projects require 40-yard dumpsters. When in doubt, our team can recommend the best size based on your project details.

Each dumpster size has a specified weight limit included in the rental price. If you exceed this limit, additional fees will apply based on the excess weight. Our drivers are trained to estimate weights, and we always inform customers before additional charges are applied.
